Paul Barnes, M.Sc., is Ensero’s Chief Strategy Officer responsible for providing strategic direction for growth and development of Ensero’s existing technical business practices, identifying and establishing new ones, and maintaining the balance between growth and excellence in delivery. Paul has over 35 years of experience in environmental management, consulting, and technology development. As a manager, he has held various leadership roles, including executive-level operations and strategy, and division/program-level technical services and strategic pursuits functions. As a technical practitioner and program manager, he specializes in developing accelerated closure strategies for complex sites, managing financial and performance risks, and overseeing large-scale site closure programs in multiple sectors. In that capacity, Paul has been involved in more than 40 performance-based and fixed-priced site closure program offerings.
