Jaqueline Rowley (Jackie) is a registered Professional Geologist (PG) who brings over 13 years of experience across environmental consulting, mining exploration, and construction sectors, with deep specialization in multiple element analysis of soil, sediment, rock, and water. She has significant experience working in remote and complex environments including locations such as Anchorage, Bethel, Cold Bay, Elim, Flat, Girdwood, Kenai, Kenai Fjords, King Salmon, Kotzebue, Koyuk, Nome, Palmer, Petersburg, Seward, Shishmaref, Sparrevohn, St. Mary’s, St. Paul Island, Teller, Tok, Unalakleet, and Valdez. She has led multidisciplinary field programs across Alaska and Canada, delivering defensible, regulatory-ready outcomes for public and private clients using systems such as Unified Soil Classification System (USCS), and ASTM D-2488, requiring both HAZWOPER and MSHA training. As an Alaskan ADEC Qualified Environmental Professional (QEP), She has authored over two dozen Sampling Work Plans, and technical reports for client, regulatory, and public use. As the former founder of a woman-owned Alaskan geoscience firm, she brings an owner’s mindset grounded in accountability, operational efficiency, and strong stakeholder engagement. Jackie brings unique perspective with Arctic field experience, systems-level thinking, and a commitment to responsible resource development.
