Jim Harrington

Jim Harrington is CEO of Ensero Solutions, providing technical management of Ensero services, and part of the management team leading Ensero’s operations in Canada and the United States. He provides technical expertise in the environmental science and engineering fields for clients with whom he has maintained long-term relationships. He consults in the areas of environmental project management, permitting, first nation, regulatory, and stakeholder relationships. He has expertise in the application of cutting-edge technologies to enhance the performance of complex, high profile permitting and remediation projects.

Janet Peters

Janet Peters is our interim President and a member of our Advisory Board at Ensero. Janet has over 30 years of experience in the engineering and environmental consulting industry ranging from Project and Client management to Business Unit and Operational Leadership and Board positions. She recently has been a free-lance consultant working on a variety of M&A projects for industry and financial clients and providing strategic support in a variety of Board positions. Most recently (2001 through 2015), she was part of a Sr. Leadership team in an international firm holding a variety of key positions. Her operational responsibilities have included developing short- and long-term business plans; development of strategies for accelerated growth; ensuring teams meet net revenue and profitability goals; and providing guidance, mentoring, staff engagement and leadership.

John Walker

John Walker is our Chief Financial Officer at Ensero. John has over 25 years of domestic and international finance and accounting experience and is a creative problem solver adept at identifying the root cause and developing corrective actions. John brings a unique blend of finance and accounting consulting and environmental engineering industry experience. His extensive experience includes ensuring compliance with revenue recognition policies and procedures while maximizing revenue and reducing costs. He provides strategic financial oversight and direction while working closely with Operational Leads to achieve financial goals.

Paul Barnes

Paul Barnes is our Chief Operating Officer at Ensero. Paul is also a site remediation expert with more than 28 years of environmental management, consulting, and technology development experience. He has held positions in technical, program management, and operational leadership. He has a balanced leadership skill set well suited to the management in a growing consulting operation. As a technical professional he has specialized in the development of accelerated closure strategies for complex sites and the management of the associated financial and performance risks. As a manager his experience is diverse, including management of the technical services division of a national drilling and remediation field services business, operations management of a geographic region of 5 states with 200+ consultants in a multinational corporation, director of a large/strategic pursuits program, leadership of a regional technical center, and program management of site closure programs as large as $75M.

Mitch Strom

Mitch Strom is our Chief People Officer at Ensero. Mitch is a Human Resources professional with more than 13 years of progressive Human Resources experience with a majority of all of his previous experience spent in the mining and manufacturing industry. Prior to joining Ensero, Mitch was responsible for the development for the people and culture strategies of a new greenfield mine in Saskatchewan. At Ensero, Mitch is responsible for leading our overall people strategies, culture development, and our Health, Safety & Environment group.

Peter Dolph

Peter Dolph is our Chief Sales Officer. Peter has over 35 years of experience in the engineering and environmental consulting industry ranging from sales and account management to operational leadership. He recently has been a sales director for a water treatment equipment supplier with a focus on mining and resource industry related customers in North America. His operational responsibilities included project management, business planning; development of strategies for accelerated growth; ensuring net revenue and profitability goal achievement; and providing guidance on sales and leadership.
