Mitch is a Human Resources professional with more than 18 years of progressive Human Resources experience with a majority of all of his previous experience spent in the mining and manufacturing industry. Prior to joining Ensero, Mitch was responsible for the development for the people and culture strategies of a new greenfield mine in Saskatchewan. At Ensero, Mitch is responsible for leading our overall people strategies, culture development, and our Health, Safety & Environment group.
