Vanessa is responsible for leading Ensero’s operations, technical, and project management functions. She oversees project performance and execution, client satisfaction, resource deployment, staff development and mentorship, and health and safety for the project delivery teams. Vanessa’s previous experience includes managing Ensero’s Canadian operations and the piloting and microbiology facilities. She also managed various research and development programs, including leading Ensero’s team to become the first independent company in North America to provide contract genomic microbial services to the environmental sector.
