Kristina Minchow

P.E. – Water Management Project Development Lead

Kristina has over 10 years of experience in mine water treatment, specializing in both
active and passive systems for acid mine drainage and metals removal. Her expertise
spans treatability studies, pilot programs, and full-scale treatment plant design at sites
from sea level to 11,000 feet elevation. Kristina began her career in research,
exploring biological prevention of acid mine drainage in waste rock at the University
of Colorado. She entered the consulting space with Golder Associates, working with
both the geochemistry and water treatment teams on feasibility and mine water
treatment system designs. At Ensero, she leads site-wide water management
evaluations and treatment optimization programs for major mining operations across
the Americas. Her work focuses on developing practical solutions for challenging mine
water treatment in remote and environmentally sensitive locations.
