Vanessa serves as Ensero’s Chief Operations Officer and technical leader for biological treatment. She provides technical oversight to our biological water treatment projects, including water treatment piloting and microbiology testing facilities. Her scientific expertise is in developing, designing, testing, commissioning, operating, and troubleshooting biological treatment systems including bioreactors, treatment wetlands, and in-situ treatment technologies. She holds a double Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology & Immunology, and Biochemistry, and a PhD that focused on
industrial microbiology and genomics/transcriptomics
