Jacqueline Rowley (Jackie), PG, has over a decade of experience leading and executing environmental and exploration projects across Alaska. She has directed and supported site investigations, environmental sampling, well installation and development, geotechnical logging, and regulatory reporting. Jackie is familiar with the Bering Strait Region and has worked in Koyuk, Elim, Teller, and White Mountain. She is proficient in lithologic logging (ASTM D-2488), Unified Soil Classification System (USCS) logging, groundwater monitoring protocols, and environmental soil sampling for numerous analytes. Her qualifications include 40-hour HAZWOPER, ADEC Qualified Environmental Professional (QEP) status, and extensive experience managing drilling subcontractors, navigating federal and state environmental regulations, and communicating technical findings to stakeholders. Prior to joining Ensero as a Project Development Lead, Jackie was formerly CEO of JMR GeoSolutions, LLC, bringing technical leadership, business operations, and a collaborative, compliance-driven approach to every project.
