Dr. Otto earned her doctorate studying periphyton community ecology across ecological gradients in Southern Africa. She now leads complex consulting projects involving environmental effects assessments, baseline studies design and implementation, and technical reporting for aquatic ecology, water quality, fish, and fish habitat projects.
